Hempfield Marching Knights Knighthood

Hempfield Bands Fundraisers

The Hempfield Bands program relies on the generous support of our families, friends, and community to provide exceptional opportunities for our students. From purchasing instruments and uniforms to funding travel, competitions, and instructional staff, every dollar raised goes directly toward enriching the student experience.

Throughout the year, we host a variety of fundraisers to help support our wind bands, marching band, indoor ensembles, and more. Whether you're contributing to a general campaign or supporting a specific student, your involvement makes a lasting impact.

Our Fundraisers

The Hempfield Band Booster Club (HBBC) offers a variety of fundraisers throughout the year. Some fundraisers support all band programs  as a whole, while others allow students to earn account credits toward their Fair Share Program. These events and sales not only help cover costs for uniforms, instruments, travel, and competition fees, but also bring our community together in fun and engaging ways.

From partnering with local businesses to hosting seasonal sales, there’s a way for every family, friend, and supporter to get involved.

Knights Out:

Each month, we host ‘Knights Out' nights at local restaurants. When you dine in or order out on the designated night, a portion of the proceeds is donated back to HBBC. It’s an easy (and delicious!) way to support our students!

Upcoming Knights Out will be posted on CutTime and Hempfield Band Parents, Landisville PA

Following the Homecoming Parade in September, local food trucks set up for a fun community event. A portion of their sales is generously donated back to support HMK programs.

Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends:

In October, we participate in the Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends fundraiser. We sell $5 shopping passes that can be used on a designated day in October for special discounts in-store. Every dollar from each pass sold goes directly to support HBBC, with no cost to us; it's 100% profit!

Bird Dog Marketing:

Bird Dog Marketing partners with us at many concerts as a simple and effective fundraiser. They hire adults to help open bottles during events and donate $10 per person directly to HMK. There’s no cost to us—just an easy way to raise funds while supporting the program!

Pampered Chef:

In May, we host a fun online shopping event where families and friends can browse and purchase items from the comfort of their home. A portion of all sales comes back to support HBBC, making it an easy way to give back while shopping!
